§ 82-43. Theft of service.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to receive water service by deception and with the intent to avoid payment for said service which is available only for compensation. When such theft of service is discovered, the appropriate law enforcement officials shall be notified and cases shall be prosecuted to the full extent of Georgia Law.
