§ 82-39. Meters; disconnection; testing.

(a)

Water meters may be disconnected at the owner's request received by the finance department and may be removed at the option of Fulton County for a fee as may be established from time to time by the board of commissioners.

(b)

Meters may be checked for misreading and obvious leaks by county personnel.

(c)

A fee, as may be established from time to time by the board of commissioners, shall be charged should the property owner desire to have the meter tested and the meter is recording water consumption within acceptable limits.
