§ 76-39. Office for notices, directions, orders, and requests.

The grantee shall maintain an office in the county for as long as it continues to operate the CATV system or any portion thereof, and hereby designates such office as the place where all notices, directions, orders, and requests may be served or delivered under this article. The county manager shall be notified of the location of the office or any change thereof.
