§ 76-31. Community antenna television system defined.
Wherever used in this article, the phrase "broadband telecommunications system," or "community antenna television system" or "CATV system" shall mean a system composed of, without limitation, antenna, cables, wires, lines, towers, wave guides, or any other conductors, converters, equipment or facilities, designed, constructed, or wired for the purpose of producing, receiving, amplifying, and distributing audio and/or visual radio, television, electronic, or electrical signals to and from persons, subscribers, and locations in the unincorporated areas of Fulton County, Georgia. The systems may include, if otherwise lawful, television frequency modulated radio signals disseminated to the general public by licensed broadcasting stations, music originated on premises of grantees, weather information, and news ticker. In the event the grantee shall include television and frequency modulated radio signals disseminated to the general public by licensed broadcasting stations, the grantee agrees to carry these signals consistent with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission.
