§ 70-69. Past due assessments; interest rate.

Past due assessments shall bear interest at the rate of interest paid on delinquent property taxes. Whenever any assessment shall remain unpaid for 60 days from the due date, an execution shall be issued therefor in the name of the board of commissioners and signed by the chairman of the board.
