§ 6-220. Location restrictions for license; distilled spirits package sales only.

No license for the sale of distilled spirits by the package will be granted in connection with any restaurant, café, or other establishment for the serving of food or in the same room where a bar or soda fountain is maintained for the dispensing and sale of malt liquor, wine, or soft drinks.
