§ 6-210. Allowable zoning districts.

No license hereunder will be issued for the manufacture, sale, at wholesale or retail, or consumption on the premises, of alcoholic beverages unless the location has been zoned to a commercial, industrial, or office zoning classification under the Zoning Laws of Fulton County; provided that this section does not apply to private clubs as that term is defined herein and further provided that golf clubs are allowable in the AG-1 zoning classification.
