§ 6-183. Minors prohibited on licensed premises unless accompanied by parent, guardian, or custodian.
(a)
Persons who hold a license to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink must not allow any minors to be in, frequent, or loiter about the licensed premises unless such minors are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian; provided, however, that such minors are permitted in eating establishments or private clubs without being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian, and, provided further, that this section does not apply to minors who are employees under the terms of this article.
(b)
Persons who hold a license to sell alcoholic beverages by the package must not allow any minors to be in, frequent, or loiter about the licensed premises unless such minors are accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
