The provisions of this division apply only to the Chattahoochee Hill Country, which
is that portion of South Fulton County bordered to the west by the Chattahoochee River,
to the south by Coweta County, and to the east by Cascade-Palmetto Highway (SR 154), as illustrated on the attached map. Compliance with all other applicable Fulton
County ordinances, regulations and resolutions is required; however, when in conflict,
the provisions of this division shall prevail.
