§ 58-167. Effect of article on other regulations.
This article shall not affect, in any manner, the permissible use of property, density of development, design, improvements, or any other requirements or aspect of the development of land or provision of capital improvements subject to zoning and subdivision regulations or other regulations of the county. All such other regulations and requirements shall be operative and shall remain in full force and effect without limitation with respect to all development. Application and imposition of development impact fees is additional and supplemental to, and not in substitution of, any other requirements imposed by the county on the development of land or the issuance of building permits.
