§ 58-123. Incorporated by reference.

The Fulton County Subdivision Regulations, as adopted by the board of commissioners, and as subsequently amended, is hereby incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the current resolution shall be maintained in the office of the clerk of the commission, or at a location designated by the clerk, for inspection by the public.
