§ 54-81. Display.

The police department shall furnish to each permit holder a device suitable for attaching the permit card to the outer clothing of the permit holder. No solicitor shall engage in any of the conduct described in section 54-76 of this article without wearing and displaying his permit in a conspicuous manner.
