§ 34-427. Conditions for rats prohibited.

No person shall store, place, or allow to accumulate any materials or maintain any condition which may serve as a food, water or harborage for rats. All property owners shall maintain their properties or areas of shared properties in a clean, sanitary and rat-free condition.
