§ 26-478. Program evaluation.

The county department of environment and community development and finance department shall submit an annual evaluation report of the tree planting program, including the location and number of trees planted and amount of funds expended in each commission district. Without limiting the authority of the board of commissioners, environment and community development will reevaluate the tree planting program at the conclusion of the 2008 budget year.
