§ 26-476. Standards.

Trees planted pursuant to the Fulton County Tree Planting Program shall have a minimum three-inch caliper and shall be of a species of hardwoods chosen from an approved list to be prepared by the county arborist. Placement of any trees adjacent to or within road rights-of-way shall be subject to the approval of the county traffic engineer.
