§ 18-80. Unlawful operation declared nuisance; compliance with state laws, local ordinances, regulations, and codes required.

(a)

Any adult entertainment establishment operated, conducted or maintained contrary to the provisions of this article is hereby declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The county may, in addition to or in lieu of all other remedies, commence an action or proceeding for abatement, removal or enjoinment thereof, in the manner provided by law.

(b)

No adult entertainment establishment shall be conducted on any premises which do not comply with all current zoning, building code, health, fire, and other applicable county ordinances and state laws and regulations.
