§ 18-47. Amendment of article.

Latest version.

This article may be amended to increase the occupation tax on any business or practitioner only after at least one public hearing pertaining thereto has been held. The public hearing requirement of this section shall not be applicable to the repeal of any ordinance or resolution promulgated pursuant to subsection 18-34(1) herein.
