§ 14-242. Continued use of other laws and ordinances.

It is the intent of Fulton County that nothing in this article shall be construed to abrogate or impair the powers of the courts or of any department of the county to enforce any provisions of any local act, ordinance, or regulation, nor to prevent punishment of violations thereof; and the powers conferred by this article shall be in addition to and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law or ordinance, legislation, or regulation.
