§ 14-211. Minimum insurance requirement.

Before issuing a permit, the director of inspections and licenses shall require satisfactory evidence that the applicant has liability insurance coverage with a reputable company during the proposed moving operation in the following amounts:

(1)

A minimum of $25,000.00 for bodily injury to each person;

(2)

Fifty thousand dollars for bodily injuries from each occurrence; and

(3)

Ten thousand dollars damage to property.
