§ 14-207. Form of application.

  • The director of inspections and permits shall furnish any applicant a form of application which shall be designed to elicit, among other information, the following:

    (1)

    The name of the person, firm, or corporation performing the moving;

    (2)

    The origin and destination of the operation;

    (3)

    The name of the owner of the property from which removed and of the property to which removed and a detailed outline of the route to be followed and the facilities to be used; and

    (4)

    An estimate of the time involved, including the hours of the day when said operation shall be conducted.
