§ 10-122. Limitations on operations.

Flying clubs may lease or otherwise obtain space for their operations from an established fixed base operator, or may obtain available space directly from Fulton County. In either event, their operations shall conform to the following limitations:

(1)

Aircraft of the club shall not be used for revenue-producing services including, but not limited to, charter, air taxi service, or rental of an aircraft for one or more flights, either with or without pilot service.

(2)

Fuel and oil used in the aircraft of any flying club, when stored on the premises, shall be stored in an approved manner, and in accordance with standards approved by the airport manager.
