§ 10-35. Conduct of business.
(a)
Passenger service. Scheduled passenger air service is prohibited at Fulton County Airport/Brown Field. "Scheduled passenger air service" shall mean the common carriage of passenger by air for compensation or hire pursuant to a published schedule.
(b)
Concessions. No person shall engage in the sale of refreshments or any other commodity, gasoline, oil, etc., or of service or solicit funds from the public on the airport for any purpose or post, distribute or display signs, advertisements, handbills, circulars, printed or written matter at the airport except with the written approval of the board of commissioners and in the manner prescribed by the airport manager and upon payment of the rates and charges prescribed or the rates specifically agreed upon by and between the county and the person for such use.
