§ 10-32. Airport manager; authority.

  • (a)

    The airport manager shall at all times have authority to take such action as may be necessary to safeguard the public in attendance at the airport.

    (b)

    The airport manager, either directly or through the airways traffic control center, may suspend or restrict any or all operations without regard to weather conditions whenever such action is deemed necessary in the interest of safety.

    (c)

    The airport manager shall make such rules and regulations in addition to those herein provided, as shall be required in any emergency.
