§ 33.15. Identification labels; inspection; notice.

Latest version.
  • A.

Identification labels. With each sign permit, the director shall issue a sticker bearing a number sufficient to reference a valid permit for which the permit is issued. It shall be the duty of the permittee or his agent to affix such sticker to the sign in the lower right hand area so it is easily seen. The absence of a proper sticker shall be prima facie evidence that the sign has been, or is being, erected or operated in violation of the standards of this article.

    B.

Inspection. The director or his/her designee shall inspect all existing signs in the county to determine if such signs conform to the standards of this article. Identification stickers shall be provided for all signs in order to identify existing conforming and nonconforming signs.
