§ 4.30. Zoning text, district classifications and boundaries.
In order to regulate the location of structures, the height and bulk of structures, the use and intensity of use of lots and structures, and to regulate open spaces and aesthetics, unincorporated Fulton County is divided into zoning districts which are individually described in this resolution. Those districts are set forth below from lowest to highest intensity. Within the listing are individual zoning districts which are no longer active but which continue to apply to properties zoned in those classifications. Those inactive zoning districts are contained in Appendix A, Inactive Zoning Districts, at the end of this resolution. Appendix A includes the inactive A-1, A-O, old TR and Suburban A, B and C Districts. Zoning districts as of the date of adoption of this resolution of amendment are: (Amended 3/6/91, 11/1/95)
