1. Master plan

The Master Plan shall include all of the following: open space, nonresidential, residential,
and civic and/or institutional uses.

and pathways/walkways. Required landscape strips and buffers, 300-foot peripheral
setback, sensitive environmental areas such as wetlands, etc., detention facilities
and platted residential lots shall not be included in open space calculations.
